Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student Link Education. Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Introduction

This policy explains general terms governing payments, cancellations and refunds associated with services provided or arranged through Student Link Education. It applies subject to relevant agreements, invoices, payment instructions and applicable law. Specific transactions may have additional disclosed terms. Read it with our Terms & Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

2. Types of Payments

Payments may include consultancy and service fees; university tuition; admission or enrolment deposits; application, examination, government or other third-party fees; and other expressly agreed charges. The purpose, amount and applicable conditions will be communicated in relevant documentation.

3. Payment Collection and Authorisation

Payments may be received directly by Student Link Education or through authorised arrangements, subject to law. The invoice, agreement or payment instructions will identify the receiving legal entity or authorised provider and payment purpose. Funds collected for an institution or other third party are subject to the relevant agreement and legal requirements. Use official payment channels only.

4. Payment Methods and Charges

Accepted methods may include bank transfer, approved online gateways, debit or credit cards and other authorised methods. Currency conversion, bank charges, intermediary fees, payment fees and taxes may apply. Our charges will be disclosed before payment; independent provider charges are governed by provider terms. Students should follow payment instructions and use correct references.

5. Payment Confirmation

Payment is ordinarily received when cleared funds are confirmed by the receiving entity or provider. We may request supporting evidence and will issue or arrange appropriate invoices or receipts. Payment confirmation does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship or enrolment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Eligibility depends on payment type, agreed service, stage of delivery, third-party terms and law. Consultancy fees: determined by the service agreement, work performed and disclosed cancellation terms; completed services may be non-refundable where expressly agreed and lawful. Tuition: generally subject to institutional refund rules, with our collection or transfer obligations governed by the applicable arrangement. Deposits: may be refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable under disclosed institutional terms and law. Third-party fees: governed by provider terms and law. Other services: governed by separately disclosed conditions. No category is automatically non-refundable without appropriate disclosure and legal basis.

7. Admission, Scholarship and Visa Outcomes

Independent institutions and authorities determine outcomes; we do not guarantee them. Refusal or rejection does not automatically create a refund entitlement for our service fees, nor eliminate any refund right arising under an agreement, institutional policy or law.

8. Cancellation Requests

Students wishing to cancel should contact us through official channels and provide sufficient details to identify the student, service and transaction. Requests are assessed against the agreement, work completed, third-party obligations and law. Cancelling our service does not automatically cancel an independent institution’s application, enrolment or financial obligation.

9. Refund Requests and Processing

Submit requests to info@studentlinkeducation.com with relevant transaction details. We may reasonably verify identity and payment. Refunds due will be processed within the period required by law or agreement, ordinarily to the original payment method where possible and lawful. Banking, currency and provider processing times may affect when funds arrive. Independent institutional refund procedures may apply.

10. Incorrect, Duplicate or Unauthorised Payments

Notify us promptly about suspected duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised payments. We will review records and take appropriate corrective action. Confirmed overpayments or duplicates will be returned or otherwise resolved as legally required, subject to reasonable anti-fraud verification.

11. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

Use only authorised accounts and payment links. Never disclose banking passwords, one-time verification codes or card security codes to representatives. We may perform reasonable transaction and identity checks and lawfully restrict suspicious transactions. Contact us if instructions appear suspicious.

12. Third-Party Responsibilities

Institutions, banks and payment processors may impose independent payment and refund conditions. We are not responsible for decisions or delays attributable solely to independent third parties except where our own conduct, agreements or law impose responsibility. Review institutional terms before paying.

13. Payment and Refund Disputes

Contact us to request review of disputed charges or refund outcomes. We will consider agreements, records, supporting information and applicable law. Mandatory rights to contact payment providers, regulators, consumer authorities or courts remain unaffected.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy for changes in services, payment arrangements or law. Updates will be published with a revision date and will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights relating to prior payments.
